I) ANNULMENT OF A PAID AIR TICKET
- In case of annulment of a paid air ticket reimbursement of money is performed according to the rules of service provider – meaning the airline;

- annulment (return) of almost any air ticket provides penalties (of up to 100% of price).
When you make reservations please consider, that return conditions for the cheapest tariffs are the severest;

- in case of operation of changes or annulment of a paid air ticket you should contact the operator at the following telephone number (373 22) 276 712 or 533 320 or 636 406, who will inform you of the conditions of return of air tickets and annulment of reservations;

- Due to the fact that in most cases the penalty amount for return increases with the approach of the date of departure, we recommend you to contact the operator at the following telephone number (373 22) 276 712 or 533 320 or 636 406.

II) REIMBURSEMENT OF MONEY FOR THE ANNULLED AIR TICKET

If the payment was effected via a bank card, then reimbursement of money is effected to the bank card from which payment was made.

If the payment was effected via other forms of payment, then reimbursement of money is effected upon a personal visit of the client to the sales office (bd. Negruzzi, 5).

Making changes in an air ticket reservation (i.e. before its payment) is possible only by cancelling the present booking and making a new one.

Annulment of reservation. Note for passengers.
If your departure is delayed, please annul the reservation. Then your place in the plane may be purchased by another passenger, who needs it more.

If you selected an air ticket, but did not pay for it, then the reservation may be annulled in 3 ways:
way 1) automatically, upon expiration of the term of action of the reservation
way 2) by a call to the sales office at the following telephone number (373 22) 276 712 or 533 320 or 636 406.
